End User License Agreement

Rebuildit Inc grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital services for lawful personal or business purposes related to requesting, reviewing, scheduling, communicating about, or managing Rebuildit Inc services.

This agreement does not transfer ownership of any software, content, brand assets, documentation, designs, data, workflows, or other materials made available through the digital services.

You may use the digital services only as intended and in a manner that does not interfere with their operation, security, performance, or availability. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials assigned to you.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, or use the digital services to violate the rights of Rebuildit Inc, its customers, vendors, employees, or any third party.

Certain features may require an account, verified contact information, or permission to communicate with you by phone, text, email, push notification, or other electronic means. You agree that notices sent through the digital services may satisfy written notice requirements where permitted by law.

Rebuildit Inc may suspend or restrict access if account information appears inaccurate, unauthorized, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this agreement.

Digital estimates, appointment requests, project information, financing references, and payment links are provided for convenience and may be subject to additional written agreements, site inspections, contractor disclosures, lender terms, invoices, change orders, and applicable law.

Nothing in the digital services guarantees pricing, availability, approval, completion dates, or project scope unless confirmed in a separate written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by Rebuildit Inc.

If you submit photos, files, messages, reviews, project details, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant Rebuildit Inc permission to use, store, reproduce, and share that content as reasonably needed to provide services, support customers, document projects, operate the business, and comply with legal obligations.

The Rebuildit Inc name, logos, service marks, website content, software, page designs, forms, text, photographs, videos, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Rebuildit Inc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The digital services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms such as payment processors, financing providers, map providers, analytics tools, messaging services, or social media websites. Rebuildit Inc is not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

The digital services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rebuildit Inc does not warrant that the digital services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that information displayed through the digital services will always be complete, current, or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebuildit Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the digital services, including lost data, lost profits, service interruptions, device issues, or unauthorized access.

Rebuildit Inc may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the digital services at any time. Rebuildit Inc may also terminate or limit your access if you violate this agreement, misuse the digital services, or create legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.

Rebuildit Inc may revise this agreement from time to time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the digital services after an update means you accept the revised agreement.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Sacramento County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
